Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery is typically 3-10 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us.

Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
